Every plan includes the same recording quality, the same encryption, the same delivery guarantees. The differences are volume and timeline — how many sessions you can keep, how many people they can reach, and how long they live in our care.
If we ever close, your recordings are exported on hardware to the email you registered with, no questions, no fees. The contract is permanent.

Things people ask
about cost.
Is there a per-recording fee?
No. Annual and Family Covenant plans cover unlimited rituals. The Free plan covers one. There are no per-minute or per-recipient surcharges, and we will never charge more once you've signed up.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your recordings remain in cold storage and accessible by export. New sessions and scheduled delivery pause until the plan resumes. We will email you sixty days before any action is taken. We have never deleted a recording for non-payment and we never will.
Why is the Family Covenant the price it is?
Because we charge once and then keep the work for as long as the family needs us to. The fee covers permanent storage, the estate-handover process, and the engineering effort of cross-generational vault management. There is no annual renewal.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Recordings made under a higher tier remain accessible after a downgrade.
Do heirs need their own subscription?
No. Heirs receive the recordings meant for them at no cost, on the schedule the storyteller chose. They sign in with email; nothing else is required.
