When a recipient writes asking where their recording is, we drop everything. When a storyteller writes about removing or re-keying a sealed recording, we answer that day. Press, partnerships, and feature requests come last — we get to them, but slowly. The slowness is on purpose.

No autoresponders. No chatbots. No "your ticket has been received and assigned to a queue." The team that built Legacy Journal is the team that answers email. If you write, a person reads it. If your note is good, our reply will be too.
